As an exclusive affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, Premier Estate Properties, gained VIP access to display properties at the glamorous event attracting the world’s esteemed collectors.
The natural overlay of fine art and luxury real estate was on prominent display earlier this month when Premier Estate Properties joined Christie’s International Real Estate, the world’s leading ultra-prime real estate network, to serve as the “Official Luxury Real Estate Partner” of Art Miami. Christie’s International Real Estate hosted an interactive booth at the entrance of the state-of-the-art, gallery-like venue where guests had the opportunity to view a selection of high-end properties in both a video montage or with take-away printed materials. Lasting six days, the fair proved a unique and effective way in which to market high-value real estate.
“The atmosphere was electric and the flow of visitors to our real estate booth, located at the very entrance to the fair, was literally non-stop,” says Gerard Liguoir, Broker/Owner. “The invitation-only VIP Preview, also sponsored by Christie’s International Real Estate, was attended by almost 15,000 guests. Visitors were genuinely interested in our marketplace and our properties.”
Roughly 79,000 people from around the world, including art luminaries, celebrities and collectors, visited the 26th edition of the critically acclaimed contemporary and modern art fair event, which took place in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District during Miami Art Week. Art Miami, in conjunction with its sister fair, CONTEXT Art Miami, featured works of art from more than 200 international galleries from 16 countries. Artists on display included such luminaries as Alexander Calder and Joan Miró.
In addition to Premier Estate Properties, 13 other brokerages from the Christie’s International Real Estate network also co-sponsored the event.
“While promoting luxury property was primary objective of our participation in this event,” says Rick Moeser, Senior Vice President and Southeast Regional Manager of Christie’s International Real Estate. “The added benefit was the way in which this select group of our exclusive Affiliates came together to network and exchange proven marketing methods and ideas from different markets from across the world. The infusion of ideas was remarkable.”
