“Bob Niederpruem has been a friend for over twenty years. We purchased a new condominium in Vero Beach, Florida, from him in 1998. He was professional and took good care of us. We kept up with Bob through the years; several times asking for vendor advice. We enjoyed keeping up on his fine reputation, his career advancement to Premier Estate Properties. Last June 2020, we drove home to Indiana, during the most difficult year most of us have ever faced. Because of Covid, we dared not stop to spend the night on the way home. Our condo closing took place in March. Bob arranged our attorney closing and brought in an excellent mover to bring our furniture to us.
