Bloomberg And Google Honor Premier Estate Properties With Three Prestigious Awards At London’s Savoy Hotel

Leading real estate professionals from around the world gathered for the announcement of the winners of the hotly contested Property Awards in association with Bloomberg Television and Google.

Stuart Shield, President of the International Property Awards in association with Bloomberg and Google, personally recognized Premier Estate Properties as being the winner in multiple categories:

United Kingdom - The CNBC International Property Awards, in association with the New York Times has announced Premier Estate Properties the top recipient of four prestigious awards.

Out of the tens of thousands of internation entries only two of the most outstanding entries of each category were given a four-star award, while the best overall entry achieved a five-star. Every five-star winner's entry was then re-examined to determine who was to go forward for the ultimate World's Best Awards.

The awards were presented at a glittering internation gala dinner held at the Ritz Carlton in Orlando, Florida. At this years awards ceremoney, Premier Estate Properties earned the distinction of receiving the top ranking in all four categories, including the only five star awards recipient for Best Real Estate Agency, Best Real Estate Agency Website, Best Real Estate Marketing and the Ultimate World's Best Award for Best Real Estate Agency Website.

Premier Estate Properties attended the International Property Awards gala, was judged against winners in the International Property Marketing Category from CNBC European Propery Awards, CNBC Asia Pacific Property Awards and CNBC Arabian Property Awards.

The objective of the awards program is to encourage excellence in real estate related industries worldwide and to recognize as well as promote an international standard.

London, England — Christie’s International Real Estate, the world’s leading network of luxury real estate specialists, honored Premier Estate Properties. Joseph Liguori, Gerard Liguori and Carmen D’Angelo accepted the trophy from Neil Palmer, CEO, and Jarvis Slade, Managing Director, Americas, at the 2011 Global Annual Leadership Conference in London.

The Affiliate-of-the-Year Awards recognizes excellence in branding and marketing throughout the Christie’s International Real Estate network. Top brokerages are selected in small (population less than 275,000), medium (population between 275,000 and 1,750,000), and large (population over 1,750,000) markets. The overall Affiliate-of-the-Year is chosen from the three winners in the market categories.

Participants were affiliates from all corners of the international network, which is comprised of the world’s top luxury real estate brokerages. The Senior Vice Presidents of Christie’s International Real Estate—Kathy Coumou of Northeastern United States and Canada; Rick Moeser, who oversees the Southeast, Caribbean, Central and South America; Zack Wright, in Western North America and Western Mexico, Joachim Wrang-Widèn, who manages the Europe, Middle East and African regions and Mitch Lewis, Managing Director, Asia Pacific—were also charged with nominating worthy brokerages from their regions.
