“This review is beyond belated, which isn't right, especially since Michael Wells sold my parent's condo quicker than one could step out of it to give him the chance to do so! It's unusual for even the most seasoned pro to sell a home during the photo shoot, (& before the home is on the market) but not for Michael Wells! I understand why my parents have had a relationship with Scot Karp & Premier Estate Properties for many years ... Michael and team did not disappoint! Everyone at Premier was an absolute joy to work with. Now, this wasn't exactly an easy sale, (apparently it was for Michael) the interior was dated & in need of major gut renovations, (luckily the ocean views weren't in need of anything) but with Michael's expertise and extensive client list/contacts we didn't even need to stage, (or really show the condo)!
