Her financial side experience alone includes 5 years as V.P. of Mortgages for Maine Bank & Trust; 15 years as President/CEO of her own Mortgage Brokerage in Portland, Maine; 20 years as a private lender; and 5 years as a partner in a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage.
Meg has closed over half a billion dollars in real estate transactions…and has personally financed, bought, renovated, sold and maximized the ROI on dozens of investment homes. No one better understands accurate valuation and skillful negotiation…or is more familiar with what it takes to close a sale at the best possible price in the shortest possible time.
Under Meg’s tutelage, her son, Mike, learned early on the importance of effective communication, what constitutes true concierge service, sound negotiation tactics, and solid investment principles for high-end real estate.
Consequently, Mike pursued his BA in Corporate Communications from Susquehanna University, developed a high level of technological expertise, and achieved top designations in luxury real estate marketing and representation. His skill set beautifully complements Meg’s deep financial expertise.
