A newly completed oceanfront compound on Palm Beach’s Billionaires Row has come to market at $74.9 million, represented by Margit Brandt of Premier Estate Properties. The announcement was distributed nationally this week via PRNewswire.
Within a day of the announcement, Realtor.com ranked 1540 S. Ocean Blvd. #3 on its weekly list of the most expensive homes on the market in America — behind only an $88 million Bel-Air estate and a 788-acre Napa winery — calling out the compound’s private tunnel to a beachfront cabana on the Atlantic.
