In late August, the Brokers/Owners of Premier Estate Properties traveled to the East End of Long Island for the inaugural meeting of the firm’s referral alliance with Saunders & Associates. The Launch In Southampton Village
Saunders & Associates hosted the gathering at its Southampton Village office. According to Hamptons.com, more than 100 agents, brokers, and members of management attended. The day introduced the two teams and gave Premier Estate Agents the opportunity to tour select exclusive properties across the Hamptons — and, more importantly, to begin building the agent-to-agent relationships that turn a referral agreement into a working network.

Andrew Saunders, Founder and President of Saunders & Associates, framed the alliance plainly: “At its core, this partnership comes down to service.” He added that at the highest levels, “clients expect informed advice, discretion, and direct access to professionals who know the market,” and that aligning with Premier Estate Properties gives Saunders agents confidence their clients “will receive the same personal attention and full-service support in South Florida that they expect from Saunders in the Hamptons.”

Why These Two Firms
The pairing is a natural one. Saunders is the #1 locally owned and operated brokerage in the Hamptons. Premier Estate Properties is Florida’s only independent boutique brokerage dedicated exclusively to presenting properties in excess of $1 Million. Both are privately owned, built organically in the markets they serve, and led by owners who still work directly with agents and clients.
Hamptons.com noted the timing: at a moment when many independent firms are being absorbed by large corporate organizations, Saunders and Premier Estate Properties chose a different direction — remaining independent while extending reach through a firm that shares a similar culture, clientele, and standard of service.
