What is the Premier Property Organizer?
A free account that keeps your favorite properties and saved searches in one place, with private notes and ratings and optional e-mail alerts.
Signing in without a password
There is no password to create or remember. Enter the e-mail address you registered with and press Sign in. If we cannot sign you in directly, we e-mail you a secure sign-in link instead; the link works once and expires after 15 minutes, and asking for a new one replaces any earlier one.
A sign-in lasts at most 30 days, or until you log out. Tick "Remember Me" when you request the link to stay signed in on that browser for that time; otherwise you are signed out when you close the browser.
Creating an account
Sign up with your name and e-mail address. Opening the sign-in link we send you activates your account and signs you in.
Saving properties
Tap the heart on a listing card, or "Save to Favorites" on a property page. Your saved properties, notes and ratings are visible only to you. A property that is no longer available stays in your list, without its details, until you remove it.
Saved searches and e-mail alerts
Run a search and choose "Save Search". You can receive new matching listings daily or weekly, or keep the search without alerts. Change or stop alerts at any time from My Searches.
Changing your e-mail address
Update it on your Profile. We send a confirmation link to the new address; your sign-in address changes only when you open it.
Accounts from our previous property organizer
Accounts, favorites and searches from the property organizer this site used before were not transferred. Please create a new account; favorites saved before signing up on this device cannot be carried over.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from your Profile. This removes your account, saved properties, notes, ratings and saved searches.
