We have known Pat since we bought our home at the Intracoastal 9 years ago when he represented the seller. Our contract to sell was, as is normal probably, a little tense, but Pat has this amazing way about him to make sure it happens. Antonio and Pat “held our hands” so to speak during the whole process and smoothed things over to make it all work to everyone’s satisfaction. These two are a class act and Antonio are the workhorse in the team to get all the loose ends tied together and makes sure everything is done correctly. We highly recommend them and you will not be sorry.
