The Estates Enclave Information

A short stroll from pristine sands of Atlantic Ocean beachfront, The Estates Enclave has long been considered one the most desirable enclaves in all of Boca Raton. This historic community was developed by financier Clarence H. Geist, who also developed Addison Mizner’s extravagant 1920’s hotel, The Cloister Inn, now known as The Boca Raton Waldorf Astoria Resort. Certain residences in this enclave are original 1930’s estates designed by celebrated society architect Maurice Fatio in his signature Mediterranean Revival style.

Magnificently cloaked in mature tropical verdure, residences in The Estates Enclave enjoy unusually large lots with magnificent outdoor entertainment spaces. Some, like those on picturesque Spanish River Road, are equipped with private boat docks that front the Intracoastal Waterway. Interior lots in the community, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, offer quiet seclusion.

Ideally located, the Estates are several miles from world-class shopping, dining, and entertainment in Mizner Park, and only a 15± -minute drive to Boca Raton’s private executive airport.
